At Velvet Spine, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


Damaged or Defective Items

We only review cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for an investigation, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following:

Clear photo(s) of the damaged item

Your full name

Order number

Email address used at checkout

Phone number

Failure to provide all required information within the 7-day window will result in your request being denied.

Once submitted, our team will review the case and determine if a replacement or resolution is appropriate. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all claims.

Non-Refundable Situations

We will NOT issue refunds or replacements under any circumstances for:

Change of mind

Incorrect item selection by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance

Delays caused by shipping carriers
